A wound that hasn’t healed in 30 days threatens your health and lifestyle. And, every wound has its unique set of circumstances.

The Wound Healing Center at Spalding Regional is equipped and staffed to address them, with many treatments covered by Medicare/Medicaid, HMOs and other private insurance plans. Our physicians and staff can provide care for people whose open sores have resisted traditional treatment.

For more information, call (770) 467-1224. The Wound Healing Center is located at 528 South 8th Street in Griffin, down the street for Spalding Regional Medical Center.

The Wound Healing Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Our center is staffed with a special team of doctors, nurses and therapists all dedicated to healing chronic wounds. The causes of open sores are complex and our team represents expertise in the major areas necessary to handle their carried circumstances and challenges.
