The Spalding Regional Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary is always looking for volunteers to help carry out their mission of “Service for Others.”
Volunteering is as easy as a smile and kind word.
Sharing a friendly smile or conversation with patients to help them with their hospital stay is just one of many valuable services our auxiliary members provide. Other areas for service include:
- Greeting visitors and answering questions at the Information Desk
- Assisting patients and visitors in the Gift Shop
- Providing information and directions to patients in the Outpatient Services area
- Escorting patients to Admissions or other areas within the hospital
- Providing comfort and information to family and friends of ICU patients
- Helping to ease the anxiety of family and friends with loved ones in the Emergency Room
- Mentor and encourage the Youth Volunteers
A tradition of service for more than 50 years.
The Spalding Regional Auxiliary has been serving the needs of patients, family members, employees and physicians for more than 50 years.
