GRIFFIN, Ga. – May 1, 2009 – Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) announced today that Spalding Regional Medical Center in Griffin, Ga., has been named to the company’s 2009 Circle of Excellence.
The Circle of Excellence honors Tenet hospitals that have achieved the highest levels of quality, service and operational performance. Key metrics used to evaluate the hospitals were patient, physician and employee satisfaction scores, clinical quality and financial performance.
This is the fifth consecutive year that Spalding Regional Medical Center has received the Circle of Excellence award. Only nine awards are given by Tenet Healthcare corporate-wide.
