  • Bring the completed sleep history/life history questionnaire, which you are given in your information packet.
  • Bring comfortable clothes to wear during your study. Pajamas are acceptable.

  • You may bring your pillow from home if desired.
  • Please come with clean hair. No gel, mousse, hair spray, artificial braids or hairpieces may be worn.
  • The sleep study will conclude at 6 a.m. the following morning. Please plan transportation accordingly.
  • Parents of children (up to age 18) are required to stay for the duration of the study.
  • Patients requiring assistance from their family may also have someone stay.
