Before your visit
- Research your procedure.For information on some of the most common outpatient procedures, click here. If your procedure is not listed, please visit the Health Resources section of our website and search through our comprehensive medical library.
- Confirm your insurance plan is accepted. For a list of insurances we accept, click here.
- Follow the pre-procedure instructions given to you by your physician’s office and the hospital.
- Pre-register for your procedure securely through our website. This will greatly reduce your wait time when you arrive. Click here to begin the pre-registration process.
The day of your visit
- Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time.
- Bring with you the following:
- Printed and signed consent and conditions of services forms (Click here to download forms)
- Robe, slippers, toiletry items that will make you feel more comfortable (as needed / appropriate for your procedure)
- A complete list of all medications you are currently taking (both prescription and non-prescription)
- We encourage you not to wear lots of jewelry and ask that you do not bring large amounts of cash or credit cards, unless payment of co-pay or deductible is expected at the time of registration.
