Pre-registering for your procedure saves you time when you arrive for your procedure.
Q: How do I pre-register?
We offer two ways for you to complete your registration process.
- Online through a secure area on our website. Click here to begin the pre-registration process.
- Or, you can call our dedicated pre-registration center at (770) 229-6049 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Q: How soon do I need to pre-register before my procedure?
You will need to complete the pre-registration process at least 2 – 3 days before your procedure.
Q: Is pre-registering online safe?
At Spalding Regional Medical Center, your privacy is important to us. For your protection, all information submitted online is encrypted while in transit.
Q: How will I know if my pre-registration on-line has been received?
At the end of your registration, you will receive a notice confirming that your pre-registration information was submitted.
Q: What if some of my information has changed since I pre-registered?
When you arrive at hospital for your procedure, simply alert the registration staff about any changes.
